Our Story
Through spiritual guidance, Creative Minds Consulting, LLC (CMC) was established in 2016 during a season of deep prayer, reflection, and spiritual discernment. The name Creative Minds was inspired by the belief that individuals, much like HR professionals, thrive when they collaborate—bringing together unique gifts and talents to inspire growth, innovation, and positive change.
Building upon that foundation, Creative Minds Girls Mentoring was formed as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a dedicated focus on serving the next generation of young women. Through mentoring, programs, and camps, we are committed to equipping girls with the tools, guidance, and support needed to build confidence, leadership, and resilience, empowering them to step boldly into their purpose.
Meet the Heart Behind Creative Minds
Ebony Daniels, M.A.
Founding Director
Ebony is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and cultivating growth in others. She has designed and led mentoring initiatives, developed a comprehensive guidance framework, and facilitated workshops that support personal and professional growth.
As the Director of Creative Minds, Ebony has passionately mentored young girls for over a decade, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of self. She is an active member of Toastmasters and holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management. Ebony is deeply committed to giving back and empowering the next generation through purposeful mentoring and community impact.
